- Breast Twist Fly
- Position the body rests on the incline bench with arms wide open holding the dumbbell. Chest puffed for optimal movement.

- Return to starting position slowly.
(Perform 3 sets of 12-15 reps along with the added burden of its dumbbell each set).
- Cobra Stretch
- Take a prone position with feet together and hands facedown position parallel with the body bent under the shoulders.
- Slowly raise your upper body, keep your back relaxed and lift as high as possible to not be raised again.
- Hold for a count of 80-10.
- Lower to starting position and repeat up to 3-5 times (reps).
- Praise Pose stretch
- Take a kneeling position and bend your knees until your heels touch the buttocks.
- Pull your body until your chest touches your knees and position the hands as far as possible in the future as well as the forehead close to the floor.
- Hold for 10-12 counts.
- Remove and repeat up to 3-5 times (reps).
- Chest Lift
- Take a prone position with hands under chin.
- Lift head, chest and arms as high as 5-6 inches above the floor.
- Hold for a count of 80-10.
- Lower to starting position and repeat up to 3-5 times (reps).
- Downward Dog
- Position your body by lifting the hips up to dive over.
- Your body will like to form the letter "V" in reverse.
- Position your hands forward on the head as far as possible.
- Hold for 10-12 counts.
- Remove and repeat up to 3-5 times (reps). (EDR)
